General Construction

In this method the Owner engages an architect to prepare the construction drawings, specifications and contract packages.  Once completed the design package is presented to interested contractors to bid on.  Selection of the contractor is typically based on price alone.  This is the most common construction process but it is also time consuming and doesn’t always provide the client the best bang for their buck.
