Project Management

We operate on Timberline’s Project Management system to oversee each project. It is primarily used for submittal and transmittal management, change order and change request management, RFI’s, contract management, preparation of meeting minutes, and much more. Emails or faxes of our records and paperwork will be sent to the owner notifying them as requested. Timberline allows us to save time with repetitious paperwork and use that time to better oversee and manage your project’s budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

Quality

At ESI we pride ourselves in the quality and craftsmanship of our work on every project. We make sure that our employees and subcontractors provide the highest quality and take the time to meet not only the owner’s criteria but also ours. Over the years we have developed a system that has proven successful. Before any tools are picked up, we review the drawings and specifications to ensure that construction sections and notes are correct. We also brief subcontractors on the quality requirements to minimize punch list items down the road. During the construction phase our foreman sign off on the installation of materials and make sure that the owner is completely satisfied with the quality of work.
